TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By applying to become a member of Rosie's Caring Introduction Agency (Ireland) I agree to be bound by the under mentioned terms and conditions and I understand that Rosie's Caring Introduction Agency (Ireland) acceptance of my application shall create a legally binding contract between us.

Should you decide to join my agency, it is important that you see your membership with the Agency as a relationship and not as a one-off payment for a service. The successes so far in the agency are twenty eight marriages and five engagements to date. As we all have different views as to what a lasting relationship is I find it necessary to get to know my members as well as possible in order to build trust, between us. So confidentiality plays a big part between myself and my members and also member to member.

1. Although Rosie's Caring Introduction Agency (Ireland) uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that introductions to members fall within the category of persons specified by them on their application form it will not accept responsibility if, through no fault of its own, any such person introduced does not fall within such category nor will it accept any responsibility for any occurrence as a consequence of any meeting with or relationship formed with any such person as a result of such introduction.

2. All information supplied to Rosie's Caring Introduction Agency (Ireland) by its members will be treated in the strictest of confidence, is subject to the Data Protection Act and will not be divulged except for the purpose of providing introductions to such members.

3. All members warrant the accuracy of all information supplied by them to Rosie's Caring Introduction Agency (Ireland) which accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any such inaccuracies howsoever arising. The member warrants that they know not of any medical or physical reason why they should not form a conventional relationship with the opposite sex unless such impediment has been declared to the company in advance. The right to accept or refuse membership to anyone is at the sole discretion of the company.

4. Rosie's Caring Introduction Agency (Ireland) reserves the right to give the member's name to other members seeking introductions unless and until it is notified by that member in writing that they no longer wish their name to be given out or they have so indicated on their application form.

5. Rosie's Caring Introduction Agency (Ireland) reserves the right to withdraw membership from any person at its sole discretion and in that event the unexpired proportion of the membership fee paid will be refunded in full. Save as aforesaid no refunds will be made unless otherwise provided for by Rosie's Caring Introduction Agency (Ireland) in its brochures or other promotional literature.

6. The contract between Rosie's Caring Introduction Agency (Ireland) and the member is only made when the member's application form is accepted by Rosie's Caring Introduction Agency (Ireland) at its registered office at 46a Dungannon Enterprise Centre, 2 Coalisland Road, Dungannon Co. Tyrone. N.Ireland BT71 6JT.
